The MSO Presents Shostakovich Five!

The MSO pays homage to a legendary composer as celebrated as he was criticized, Dmitri Shostakovich, in this performance of his mammoth Symphony No. 5 in D Minor. This concert also contains the lush melodies from Out of Africa, and the humorously suspenseful The Composer is Dead, a witty, orchestral murder mystery by Nathaniel Stookey and Lemony Snicket.
